Role/Overall objectives:
The UAM Expert will be responsible for operating/enhancing INNIO’s User Access Management process and maintaining the supporting tool (Oracle Identity Governance – OIG) through effective collaboration with IT support team and working relationships with business leaders, functional change agents, and all applicable functional department personnel.
Your tasks:
- Maintain active roles (profiles & responsibilities) – define new roles or change existing ones as per business requirements and accordingly enable/disable them
- Maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflict definition master – regularly adjust SOD conflict-matrix and respective rule-set to reflect changes in base applications and business processes
- Review and maintain role-approval hierarchy
- Be active part of the approval workflow – especially considering exception-handling in approving requests contradicting SoD-conflict rule-set (documenting risk acceptance including potential added controls for audit matters)
- General maintenance of OIG-tool in cooperation with IT-support team
- Maintain UAM-documentation (process-flows, SoD-standards, mass- and individual user exception handling)
- Conduct reviews for areas not yet onboarded to OIG, to understand SOD-conflicts, role-profiles and approval hierarchies – with the purpose to integrate these to OIG (and the related SoD definition master)
- Run reconciliations for not (yet) integrated systems (master & individual assignments)
- Own and manage all SoD (Audit) Reporting
- Design, manage and document regular access-review campaigns across the organization
- Perform annual full-scope SOD-reviews
- Act as single point of contact for access-management related audit procedures
Your profile:
- BSC/MSC in finance/accounting
- 5+ years working in UAM and/or process management/audit roles
- Multicultural and multinational working experience, preferably at audit-firms and/or shared service centers
- Fluent written and spoken English knowledge
- Good experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Oracle ERP system is an advantage
Desired Characteristics/ Experiences:
- Demonstrated track record of active involvement in UAM-process design and set-up as well as UAM-management
- Good problem solving and structuring skills, with the ability to simplify complex areas
- Proactive and positive attitude
